All
Capodimonte Style.com includes FREE
SHIPPING on all our product orders
within the continental United States. Shipments to addresses outside the
continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories) require you to
contact us at sales@AllCapodimonteStyle.com
prior to processing your order for shipping costs.

Shipping from our supplier is by UPS ground or by
common carrier truck freight for large items (listed as "LTL" after the
dimensional data for each item). Confirmation of your order will be sent via
email generally within 24-48 hours. In the event that a shipment does not
arrive within 14 days after the order is processed, please notify us and we
will file a lost shipment report with the shipper. It may take up to 10 days
to see resolution of a lost shipment from the shipper. These times are out of
the control of All
Capodimonte Style.com and depend
solely on the shipping company. A replacement order will be sent as soon as
possible.

Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. If you
receive a box and believe some items are missing, please wait at least two
days before reporting a problem.

If your shipment is by UPS and your shipment
arrives damaged, please keep the original packing and box. Email us at claims@AllCapodimonteStyle.com
or call us at 1-304-724-1776. You
must notify our office within 3 days to file a claim
by email or phone. We will then
notify you with intructions and return authorization. After 3 days your claim
will not be accepted.

If your shipment is by truck freight carrier (all
LTL items) you must inspect the packaging for damage while the
carrier's driver is present. Accept the merchandise and have the carrier's
driver endorse the the shipping Bill of Lading (BOL) notorizing all the
damages. WITHOUT THE
DRIVERS' SIGNATURE YOUR CLAIM WILL NOT BE VALID!!
You must call our office within 48 hours and notify us of the damages
and within the same time frame you must submit to us a copy of the the Bill of
Lading (BOL) receipt with the notorized damages.

When you unpack and notice concealed damage, do
not destroy or discard the case, crate, carton or packaging. Call the shipping
carrier company and notify them of the damages and request an inspection. Once
the inspector comes to your location he/she will give you an inspection
report. Please send a copy of the report to our office so that we can process
your claim. we will then notify you and give you instructions and return
authorization.

Our supplier properly packs and inspects all
merchandise with the shipping company and is accepted in good condition by the
carrier. Therefore, any breakage is incurred during shipping. Do
not return the shipment to us unless you have advised us of the matter and we
have given you the authorization and shipping instructions to do so.
The freight BOL with the drivers'
notation of damage on it or the concealed damage report from the carrier
company inspector is the basis for your claim against the transportation
company. If you follow the above instructions, you can depend on our
assistance and cooperation in assisting you to file a claim and collect for
damages from the carrier.
