We sell only genuine Capodimonte porcelain and other hand crafted works of art
from the best artisans in Italy and then imported to the U.S. via our import
supply company.
Is
my credit card information protected when ordering online with you?
Absolutely!
We have a completely secure merchant account system with 128 bit Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. The industry standard for processing
confidential user information like credit card numbers. Our system
automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our
bank account without anyone ever seeing your number, so it is completely
secure.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Your
order is shipped from one of our four import supply company warehouse,
Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA and San Juan, Brooklyn New York PR via UPS
ground. Large items (listed as "LTL" in the product information) are delivered
via common carrier truck freight. Arrival date will depend on your location
and size of item. UPS ground is normally delivered within 5-10 days of your
order being processed, common carrier truck can take up to 14 days. Order
processing is generally completed within 24 hours of placing your online order
with us and you will recieve order confirmation within 2 business days.
Can
I place orders by phone or fax?
No.
All orders must be placed online. Online ordering is more secure and
efficient. It ensures your shipping, billing and ordering information is
correct at time order is placed.
Do
you accept orders from outside the United States?
No,
not at this time. Orders are only accepted from the 50 States and all U.S.
Territories. Orders with shipping addresses to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S.
Territories must contact us at

for shipping charge info prior to placing

What is your return and
warranty policy?
We accept
no returns and express no warranties on any items sold. All items are
inspected thoroughly by our import supply company at both the point of
shipment in Italy and the point of receiving when it arrives in the United
States. Our import supply company has over 27 years experience with delivering
the finest that Italy has to offer in Capodimonte porcelains and giftware. We
only replace items that were damaged in shipment within the U.S. via UPS and
also assist our customers in filing damage claims for oversized items shipped

Do you have a pricing policy or
disclaimer?
Yes,
prices are subject to change without notice. We make every attempt to update
our Website with price changes, sale items or discontinued items as soon as we
are made aware of them from our supplier. However human errors occasionally
happen. In the event that a mistake has been made on a price, and the actual
price is higher than the listed price, you will be informed on the correct
price and given the choice to buy the item at the corrected price or cancel
the item in question before any charges will be made to your credit card.
